Breakfast today was not my usual Fat Free Greek Style Natural Yoghurt for WW 0 SP as I’d forgotten to buy some. Instead the next lowest point breakfast I do is 30g Asda Bran Flakes, 1/4 cup S/S milk and chopped banana and grapes for 4 SP.
