To save an old retired man some money and simplify his life, I’m moving this food blog back into my main blog where it started. This was http://colinbeggphotography.com which I’ve renamed by getting a new domain (and colinbeggphotography.com will disappear after a whle) called blog.beggfamily.uk as it covers not just my photography, but also my videography on YouTube. I’m exporting all of the posts from this blog to incorporate into blog.beggfamily.uk and they will appear under a Food category menu, as will my new food blog posts as I catch up with food photos I have yet to post!

This morning I had 40g Scotts Original Porage Oats, with mashed banana added 2 minutes before the end of cooking and chopped grapes and a little milk on at the end. Total WW 5 SP.

Lamb, with Mint Sauce and gravy, Sweetcorn, “chef’s vegetables”, sweet potato wedges. WW 8 SP
Dinner tonight was a Gammon omelette, with peppers and spring onion, with silver skins, sliced beetroot and a salad. WW 3 SP for 2 slices of Gammon.
Asda Good and Counted Rye Crispbreads with Dolcellate Creamy Blue Cheese and Walkers Baked Fusions. WW 9 SP.
Jacobs Ciabatta Crackers, Blacksticks Blue Cheese, Walkers Baked Fusions. WW 10 SP
